On 24th of July a free water distribution project was inaugurated at St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School Kituri. For the program Kileo ward Secretary, Kituri village secretary, CCM political representative, Mission Superior Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza, School Headmaster Rev. Fr. Victor Machado and Hostel Director Rev. Fr. George Crasta, village people and school students were present.
Deputy to headmaster Mrs. Leonardo Laghua welcomed everyone and introduced the guest’s then Fr. Victor conducted the prayer service followed by blessing of water resource. Then Village secretary and other guests inaugurated the water project by cutting the ribbon. Then addressing the gathering all the guests’ appreciated the initiative of Mangalore Africa Mission and thanked all the mission members. Then mission superior thanked everyone for the cooperation in the mission activities and wished good to all the village people, at the end student council leader of SJBSS proposed vote of thanks. Sweets were distributed to everyone.
