We had the Holy childhood animators and leaders training program on 14th December, 6 animators and 17 leaders of the children groups attended the program. In the program we discussed and learned the role of the animators, the role of the leaders among the children.  It was felt that the children need more training.  Even the animators are not trained.  They are ordinary house wives so they too do not know to train the children creatively.  This training revealed that these animators and leaders need more training.  In this one day program we could instil in the animators the need to think creatively and motivate the children.  

The group took some time to plan for the year 2020.  A systematic program was drawn for the year.  We planned to have every month meeting of the Watoto Kipapa in every substation.  On Saturday before the first Sunday of every month the children will have their monthly meeting and activity. It was decided to have the feast of St. Kizito to encourage and fill in the missionary zeal in the children. The animators and the leaders are motivated to follow the annual program, so that the children will benefit for the spiritual and social growth.
